Dec. 7, 2017 was our monthly Pageturners meeting at the Gresham Library. Approximately 30 people attended, arriving to hear my presentation on the process of writing a memoir, and then discussing my book. Many related experiences to their own, and gave positive responses to the memoir. It was a fun and insightful afternoon. They invited me back to share after my latest work, a woman's fiction, is published. Stay tuned!
I will be local author at the Gresham, Oregon Pageturners Dec. 7 at 2:00p.m. I will be discussing Indiana Summer and how it came to be written, as well as an interactive discussion with members. Come join us!

Come on out to Lents Park this Saturday, July 8 to see Domino, the Pickles' mascot and I. I'll be there early; game starts at 7:05. Hope to see you there!
Join me at the Lents Park stadium for baseball and book signings! I'm planning to be there 2 Saturdays: June 24 and July 8! Great ballpark, lots of food, things to do, and of course, the game!
Rosewood Park hosted their first Power of the Pen series with Linda L Graham presenting Indiana Summer. It was a fun time of sharing her story. Many expressed similar experiences growing up in the midwest. Appetizers and wine topped off the afternoon. Pictured is Linda with the activities coordinator, Susan.
Spring is finally here, and I am scheduled to present two places in April:
Mt. Angel Towers in Mt. Angel, Oregon: Wed. April 5 at 1:00p.m.
Rosewood Park Retirement, 2405 SE Century Blvd., Hillsboro, OR 97123, Friday, April 28 at 2:00p.m. The public is invited, refreshments are served, so perhaps if you are out that way, you can stop by! I had several others come to presentations in the Gresham area earlier in the fall. Both events feature a power point presentation on the process of publishing a memoir, readings, and book signing.
More news in Indianapolis: The Indiana Historical Society now has my book on their shelves as a representation of the time period in Indiana during the '50's-'60's. The book was well-received there and I feel honored that it was chosen to appear in the collection of local author memoirs.
